Ok, so somehow I managed to mess up the password to the blog. I guess I could have just used the "forgot password" link but I had this crazy idea I would remember it. Don't ask me why that seemed like a better idea...eventually I just used the link. I still have no idea what the password was. I picked something I would certainly never forget (I thought), but it has seeped out of what is becoming a more porous brain.
Thanks to those of you who were able to help at Refuge of Nations. Tim sent a thank you letter as well. Here is something to keep in mind if you are anticipating a boring summer: Tim always needs help during the summer and would be glad to have you join him on a regular basis. It would be a great way to live out a life of justice and mercy (Mic 6:8). If you have any questions give me a call. See you all Sunday.

I'll do the summer stuff.
oh good somebody said something so i can talk now.
um, except i can't think of anything.
ok who likes beethoven? raise your hands.
i like that ancient artifact picture, shaun.
I don't like Beethoven, but, oh ma goodness, I don't like classical music much either.
Ok seriously, those word verifications are getting harder to read. All scrunched up and stuff. . .
mine is just fine.
you don't like classical music! stu i'm surprised at you. you need to go get yourself a rousing copy of beethoven's ninth symphony. or his fifth. or his emperor concerto. any or better yet all of the above. download it off itunes or something. IMMERSE yourself in beethoven. it's the only way to survive sometimes.
and the first line of my previous post was a JOKE. i know i can be really self-centered sometimes but that was not the point. and stu it's good to be a somebody. and have something to say.
Wait, you didn't honestly expect me to like classical music, did you?
wishful thinking i suppose. there is a great opportunity for a plethora of snide comments right here but i shall instead return to this all-consuming book report...
now answer honestly: how many concerts have you been to at powell symphony hall?
None. I went to one in Dallas and it was so hot in there. Bored out of my mind also.
How many Radiohead concerts have you been to?
um, none.
have they ever been here at all?
i don't make a practice of traveling the world in search of bands. except juanes or switchfoot or something like that.
powell hall is absolutely DA BESTOS. if i ever run away, i'm either going to the cathedral basilica or powell hall. haven't decided which yet.
Yes of course they've been to St. Louis. I can't believe you don't know this.
well classical music was around a couple thousand years before radiohead, buddy. don't you get all smarty-britches with me.
